Does Payluk have an API, and how does integration work?
Updated
Short answer
Yes. Payluk has a REST merchant API and an inline Checkout SDK for JavaScript and React. You create customers and escrows, collect payment, confirm releases, resolve disputes and check balances from your own backend, and webhooks keep your system in sync. Your users stay inside your product the whole time.
What the API covers
- Merchant customers: create, update, block or unblock them, set permissions, view wallets
- Escrows: create, edit, delete, verify, claim, and add delivery fees
- Milestone and vault escrows
- Payments: payment intents, paying an escrow, verification, bank list and account lookups, history
- Disputes: submit, list, view feeds, resolve
- Merchant account: balance and transactions
- Webhooks for escrow and payment events
Getting access
Create a Payluk account, complete KYC, upgrade to a business account, then request merchant access at [email protected]. Approval issues your test and live API keys.
Can everything happen inside our app?
Yes. Escrows are created for your own customers. Payment can be collected through the Checkout SDK embedded in your site, and releases, refunds and disputes can all be driven from your backend.
