How quickly are funds released and paid out?

Short answer
Releases are instant: when the buyer (or your platform through the API) confirms, the seller’s Payluk balance is credited straight away. Bank withdrawals are sent immediately and usually arrive within minutes. If a transfer is pending, we keep checking it until it completes or is reversed to the wallet. If the buyer doesn’t respond, the claim route releases funds about 24 hours after the seller files a claim.
Timeline
- Buyer confirms: the seller is credited instantly
- Seller claims: possible from one day after the delivery window, with automatic release about 24 hours later if the buyer neither confirms nor disputes
- Withdrawal to bank: sent immediately, usually received within minutes
- Disputes: funds stay locked until the dispute is resolved
